A Talk on Anxiety for High Schoolers Who Will Soon be Applying to College

Earlier this month, I had the great privilege of speaking to a group of high school students as a part of C-CREO GEAR UP, a college preparation program that aims to address challenges facing students pursuing post-secondary education. The Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP) initiative is one of the largest and most effective programs focused on increasing the college and career readiness of students in communities nationwide, serving over 560,000 students enrolled in over 3,525 secondary schools across 45 states.
