Don’t Wish for Easy

Study after study show that people become less happy, starting around 20 and that continues to decline until 50 - 60 years old. Why? In the world we live in, now more than ever in history, there is so much to escape in; technology, behaviors, substances. Nearly infinite choices. The potency, availability and novelty of this all has lowered our ability to suffer small things. To learn resiliency. Below is the data from one such study and a motivational speech I gave “Don’t Wish For Easy" about the outlier who get happier over time. I hope this is relatable and helpful to some! -Mike
